HAVERSTRAW, N.Y. -- State environmental regulators have issued a citation against Haverstraw Quarry operator Tilcon New York, according to a report on lohud.com.

The state Department of Environmental Conservation issued the citation Oct. 27 after inspectors responded to complaints of noise, dust and mud discharge into the Hudson River, the story said.

A Tilcon spokesman said the company has addressed all the allegations, according to the story.
